● 2002 - digitalnewspapers.org launched

● 2003 - Second LSTA grant ○ 100,000 pages ○ Matching funds from UALC and some public libraries

● 2003 - IMLS grant ○ 240,000 pages ○ Matching funds from BYU

● 2005, 2007, 2009 - 3 NDNP grants

● 2010 - UDN hits 1,000,000 pages
