Critical and creative thinking techniques incorporated with technological enhancements will stimulate better comprehension of a variety of resources including in Internet-based learning. Towards this end, this article look at how terrorism is changing the specific transit facility/system target sets that can be attacked, and current technology employment in transit terrorism.
