This paper examined marketing in the 21st century using communication modes in accessing information needs of students in two study centre libraries of National Open University of Nigeria. A descriptive research design was used for this study and the instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, observation and interview. A total of 60 copies of the questionnaire were administered to students, from faculties of Agricultural Sc., Management Sc., Social Sc., Health Sc., Law, Education, Science & Technology, but 56 were retrieved and used for the analysis. First-year students completing Musselman Library’s portion of the fall 2018 Charting Your Course (CYC) orientation received one of these passports before beginning the activity. After visiting each of the Library departments and learning about work staff members do there, students received a passport stamp in order to track their progress.

Henderson Library are required to document and prove how its performance contributes to institutional goals and outcomes. Over the years, Henderson Library has been assessing its service performance, making improvements, and demonstrating its values. It has been applying various assessment tools and methods to evaluate its services and programs, using the findings to make improvements, and revaluating the improvements to prove its effectiveness. This poster demonstrates how Henderson Library continuously assesses and improves its services in recent years. This poster presents several assessment projects and their outcomes.

The paper aims to present the awareness of library rules, use of library services and information access competency of the women faculty members (Mother Teresa Women’s University and its affiliated colleges) was investigated for their opinions and experiences about assorted techniques of information access. Data were collected through questionnaire method. Copies of the questionnaires were distributed to 87.59% of population i.e. 254 out of 290 women faculty members in their staff rooms with the permission and assistance of the registrar/principal. In this project, co-investigators explored how college and university curriculum centers are addressing challenges with K-12 electronic textbooks (particularly acquisition, cataloging, and access) and implementing technology-focused services for pre-service teachers. The results of this research have provided guidance for planning the future of the curriculum center in Milner Library at Illinois State University, which comprises 2.5% of the library’s holdings and accounts for almost 25% of the library’s circulation.
