The present study examines the user satisfaction of library resources and services in Krishnadas Shama Goa state central Library. Structured questionnaires were distributed among 200 users to collect their opinions regarding the frequency and purpose of their visit to the library. 160 questionnaires were received and analyzed. The study highlights the opinion of respondents about the available resources, facilities, and services in the library. In this study, it was found that the majority of the respondents are satisfied with the resources and services in the library. The present study aimed to explore users’ satisfaction with library resources and services in health sciences institutes in Punjab, Pakistan. The study employed the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. The quantitative data were collected from users of four selected health sciences institute libraries through the questionnaire.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to examine digitalisation of library services as a magnifying factor in improving public library services in Limpopo.

Method: The study used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire comprising both open and closed questions.
