User Satisfaction Of Library Resources And Services: A Case Study Of Krishnadas Shama Goa State Central Library, Nitesh Devu Naik, Vaijanath Ramchandra Kamble Mr.

The present study examines the user satisfaction of library resources and services in Krishnadas Shama Goa state central Library. Structured questionnaires were distributed among 200 users to collect their opinions regarding the frequency and purpose of their visit to the library. 160 questionnaires were received and analyzed. The study highlights the opinion of respondents about the available resources, facilities, and services in the library. In this study, it was found that the majority of the respondents are satisfied with the resources and services in the library. The purpose of this study was to explore students’ satisfaction with resources and services in school libraries in the Punjab, Pakistan, and to make suggestions for improving the resources and services of these libraries in accordance with students’ needs. The quantitative research method was employed to address research questions of the study. The present study aimed to explore users’ satisfaction with library resources and services in health sciences institutes in Punjab, Pakistan. The study employed the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. The quantitative data were collected from users of four selected health sciences institute libraries through the questionnaire.

The findings of the study suggest that the majority of participants were satisfied with the library environment (furniture, heating/cooling, noise level, lights and cleanliness). This study aims to reveal the impact of repository service quality on student motivation in using research services at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Purwokerto. This study examined the Use of library services and User satisfaction of the physically challenged students in Federal Universities in South-West Nigeria. A survey research was done. A total of 302 copies of self-structured and validated questionnaires were administered but 252 copies were retrieved making a total response rate of 82.8%. The study aimed to explore the effects of automated housekeeping operations and services on library and information science (LIS) professionals’ work productivity in university libraries in the Punjab, Pakistan. It also aimed to gain an overview of the status of automation of housekeeping operations and services in the libraries. The study employed the quantitative research method. The data were collected from LIS professionals working in leading university libraries (both in public and private sectors) through the questionnaire.

Background: Many public libraries embraced digitalisation while some are hesitant to embrace it.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to examine digitalisation of library services as a magnifying factor in improving public library services in Limpopo.

Method: The study used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire comprising both open and closed questions.

Results: Findings revealed that ICT infrastructure in Limpopo public libraries is underdeveloped and inadequate. Given this, the majority of public librarians are unable to utilise ICTs to render library and information services resulting in limited access to those services. It is recommended …

An investigation into the perception of users of Benue State Polytechnic Library, Ugbokolo was carried out and analysed in order to ascertain the opinion of the users regarding the services provided by the polytechnic library. The study adopted survey research design and the instrument for data collection was questionnaire. Structured questionnaire were administered on one thousand (1000) library users.
