This document is a compilation of the potential resources such as an outline of costs, desired features and elements, possible funding sources, building plans, and more. The plot of land located at 127 West Mission Avenue is an ideal space for the community commons. This was determined to be the best way to meet the desires of the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council.
