Social Enterprise (SE) is an exciting phenomenon. Many SEs carry out activities that might be avoided by ordinary businesses pursuing profit but instead become the main targets of SE activities that have a social mission. Thus, building SE sustainability is more difficult because the problems are complex, and most SE is MSME with resource constraints. SE should be able to pick the best strategies, considering their limited resources and changing demand from the ecosystem. Abstract

On 29 April, 2021, The Indonesian Government declared the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) as a Separatism Terrorist Group (KST), in response to the casualties, both from the military and civilian parties. In particular, the death of the Kabinda of Papua and Bharada Komang was a catalyst for this announcement as previous conflict resolution steps failed to address the ongoing conflict in Papua. Sexual violence is a big problem in society, because the negative impact on the victim causes prolonged suffering. Assistance for victims is carried out at the individual, group and institutional levels, both formal and informal. They act as support providers for sexual violence victims. Support providers often experience difficulties because victims find it difficult to open up due to the trauma they have experienced. A strategy to communicate is necessary, so the providers can well provide supports and assistances to victims.
