Indonesia as a maritime axis, of course, will not be separated from maritime culture and technology. The maritime axis is a development paradigm needed by maritime-based regions such as Labuan Bajo. Maritime culture should be the original culture of Indonesia, because Indonesia is an archipelagic country. The Focus in this study is to discuss the development of tourism, particularly conducted by the Department of Ceative Economy and Tourism Belitung Regency in the development of tourism destination Tanjung Kelayang as icon and the spearhead of tourism Belitung as alternative tourist destinations.
