This study aims to awaken awareness of students’ stress and help students not be overwhelmed by stress, even helping friends and class mates with similar situations. This topic is closely related to everyone; apart from the researchers’ initial curiosity about stress, sharing knowledge and helping others are the main reasons for choosing this topic.
