Does Distance Matter?: Predictors Of Infidelity And Jealousy In Geographically Close Versus Long Distance Romantic Relationship, Shirley Dorsainvil, Grace White

The current study aims to examine differences in relational uncertainty, relationship satisfaction and quality, personality traits and attachment styles, and attitudes towards infidelity and jealousy among individuals in Long Distance Relationships (LDRs) versus Geographically Close romantic Relationships (GCRs) in order to alleviate the concerns for couples interested in LDRs. The study findings indicate that individuals in LDRs and GCRs do not have significant differences in personality, attachments styles, relational satisfaction or relationship uncertainty.
