For more than twenty-five years, the journal of the Community Development Society has disseminated information on the theory, research, and practice of community development. Biannual publications have contained the most relevant materials that add to our knowledge of community development. While much of the material in the Journal articles has been derived from generally accepted principles, concepts, or practices of community development, from time to time a few of the articles may have attempted to dramatically extend current thinking.
