The local currencies of many emerging markets are going through some challenges today. The value of every currency is dependent upon its command over the local market products. When the goods and services available to the local market have bigger value of the foreign currency than the local currency, the value of the local currency becomes weaker. It is therefore very important for the emerging market economies to make very important policies that brings confidence of investors in the local currency.
