This paper analysis the research output of the faculty, staff and researchers affiliated to the Aga Khan University (AKU) Medical College, Pakistan from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2019. The paper maps AKU research by analyzing publications by authors with Aga Khan University institutional affiliation that are indexed in Scopus, a citation database of the peer-reviewed literature. Researchers rely on data from Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar to assess scholarly communication. Citation Analysis Of Editorials Of Core Pakistani Medical Journals, Ashraf Sharif

All volumes published in five years (2005-2009) of three core Pakistani medical journals, namely, Journal of Ayub Medical College (JAMC), Journal of Pakistan Medical Association (JPMA), and Journals of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (JSPSP) were analyzed to find out citation pattern of their editorials. The result revealed that JPMA has been the most cited journal. The result futher revealved that contribution of more than three authors in an editorial remained prominent in all three journals under discussion. Selected volumes of Pakistan Economic and Social Review were analyzed to find out citation pattern of their articles. Eight volumes of the journal were selected representation two volumes from a decade. The results revealed that a peer local journal Pakistan Development Review has been the most cited journal in the cited literature under study. Sixty percent of the citations were single-authored. More than 50 percent of the citations were from non-journal sources maintly books. Although citations from onoine sources were seen but in a negligible number. How Economists Cite Literature: Citation Analysis Of Two Core Pakistani Economic Journals, Ashraf Sharif, Khalid Mahmood

Selected volumes of the Pakistan Development Review (PDR) and the Pakistan Economic and Social Review (PESR) were analysed to find the citation pattern of their articles. Eight volumes of each journal were selected, two volumes representing a decade. The results revealed that the PDR has been the most cited journal.
