This is an amendment to the Charter of Molloy Catholic College for Women, conferred by the University of the State of New York Education Department Board of Regents on September 24th, 1965. It authorizes the College to establish the Queen of the Rosary Novitiate, located in Amityville, New York, known as "St. Albert Institutional Branch of Molloy Catholic College for Women," with authority to conduct courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
