This is part 2 of 2 of the presentation, "Open Access: Resources of tomorrow or Resources of a lower-quality?" which was presented at the Indiana Library Federation (District 1) conference on May 1, 2012. In this presentation, I discuss current Open Access initiatives at Valparaiso University as well as the Valpo user experience in relation to Open Access resources.
