The study was designed to assess the implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) tools among library educators in tertiary institutions in Anambra state. A descriptive survey research design was used. The sample population comprised of 50 library educators selected randomly from 5 tertiary institutions in Anambra state which are Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Federal Polytechnic Oko, Pauls University Awka, Federal College of Education (T) Umunze, and Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Igbariam.
