This study will be helpful to improve the library website services. Participant’s overall responses to the UMT library website were favorable, indicating the scope and contents of the library website to be broadly appropriate to the library community. This study made many suggestions for new contents. Usability problems were identified in two main areas: in the website organization and in the terminology used to refer for information services and accessing information sources.
