The study examined the students’ attitude to cataloguing and classification in an academic institution using department of library and Information Science, federal polytechnic offa as a case study. It was a survey study and therefore questionnaire was the instrument for the collection of data. Random sampling method was used in selecting the sample from HND II, HND I and ND II students. This study focuses on the undergraduates’ attitude as correlates of their academic achievement in cataloguing and classification in library schools in Southern Nigeria. Cataloguing and classification courses are the heart and soul of librarianship but some undergraduates will avoid the courses if they are made optional courses in library schools. Abstract

This study examined academic librarian’s perception and attitude towards marketing of library services in Delta State, Nigeria. The design of the study is descriptive survey. The population consists of 146 academic librarians in Delta State, Nigeria. Four research questions guided the study. The research instrument for the study was questionnaire. Out of 146 questionnaires administered, 138 were retrieved and analyzed using arithmetic mean, simple percentage.
