Comparison of the University of Rhode Island Libraries with peer institutions (as defined by the University's Office of Institutional Research). Data used are from the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Statistical Survey covering fiscal years ending 2012-2016. Metrics compared are: total library expenditures, total library materials/services expenditures, ongoing commitments to subscriptions, one-time resource purchases, total professional staff salaries & wages, all other paid staff salaries & wages, professional staff (fte), all other paid staff (fte), gate count (annual), initial circulation - physical, student population, total library expenditures per student, and total library materials expenditures per student.
