Reference Desk Models At The University Of Georgia Libraries: An Rsig Presentation By Kristin Nielsen, Sandra E. Riggs

This is a report of the Reference Services Interest Group (RSIG) programming held during the 2013 GaCOMO. Kristin Nielsen, Head of Reference at the University of Georgia Libraries, presented on reference desk models used at three UGA library buildings: Main, Science, and the Miller Learning Center (MLC). The report provides information about usage statistics, staffing, and training. This reports also describes changes to desks during renovations.
