How Creativity Can Be Used to Cope: My Creative Journey

This project examines how a positive attitude and affective creative skills and behavioral skills can raise self-awareness and empower individuals to make healthy changes in their lives. The goal is to demonstrate that no matter what the individuals’ circumstances might be, they have the mind power to overcome self-victimization and create happiness from within.
