Las mujeres embarazadas ya son, según la perspectiva del médico, pacientes en riesgo. Hay diferentes niveles de riesgo: con algunas clasificadas “en bajo riesgo obstétrico, algunas en alto riesgo obstétrico; incluso, bajo riesgo obstétrico evoluciona a alto riesgo obstétrico.” Por eso, ambos a nivel del médico de alguna embarazada y a nivel nacional de la salud pública, las embarazadas son un enfoque especial de la atención médica, en cualquier caso. Public education is a complex topic that is impossible to fully comprehend due to its lack of uniformity on both a local and international level. In the United States, the quality of public education has a strong correlation to the socioeconomic status of the community it is located in.
