The availability of e-resources in university libraries does not determine its usage. These resources are an added advantage for students to get more sources of information for their educational pursuit. However, there was an observation that most students are not using these resources as expected. This study investigated Users’ attitudes to the use of electronic resources and services by undergraduate students of McPherson University, Ogun State, Nigeria. This study investigated Access to Electronic Resources by Librarians in University Libraries in Niger Delta Region, Nigeria. The descriptive research design was adopted for this study using 73 items self-structured questionnaire to collect data. In selecting the university libraries, the researcher applied the stratified random sampling technique to select the universities. Electronic resources are the electronic representation of information. Because of the easy accessibility, low cost and effective presentation with multimedia tools, e-resources have become the most popular source of information. The present research focuses on the usage statistics of e-resources during the pandemic period lockdown and restricts its scope to Chandigarh University Library. This study survey was conducted by distributing 200 questionnaires structured on a Google Form among the students, staff and faculty members of Chandigarh University.
