This study discusses the Information needs and sources of information for Pregnant Women in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State. Three (3) objectives were formulated to guide the study. The study correlated the Information needs of Members of Vigilante to other Information activities in Adamawa state, North-eastern Nigeria. Quantitative research methodology and Cross-sectional survey design was applied for the study. The population comprised of One Thousand Four Hundred Members (1400) drawn from Nineteen (19) local governments areas in the state. The primary purpose of the present study is to explore the level of information literacy among the farmers with regards to agriculture at the Jind district of Haryana state in India. Survey method with accidental sampling is used, and data were collected from a total number of 52 farmers who lived in the two selected villages by using a self-structured questionnaire. The demographic profile shows male dominancy on agriculture, and the majority of the farmers found literate.
