This study sought to investigate the availability and utilization of e-resources in university libraries for effective research output by undergraduates of Social Studies in south-east, Nigeria. It is a descriptive survey research design. two research questions guided the study. A sample of 191 students from four stratified randomly selected universities in south east, Nigeria, were used for the study. The instrument for data collection is the researcher’s designed and validated questionnaire, tagged: ‘The Use of E-Resources in University Libraries Questionnaire’ (UERULQ).
