Purpose: Study and analysis of the theory of preparation of young weightlifters for competition activities

Methods: A specially developed training program is included in the training plan of young weightlifters (5 times a week). Before the start of the study, the prescribed norms were observed. After the study, the differences were studied. From the exercises, the number of attempts and intensity were selected mainly according to the methods of counting. the amount of training was calculated based on the number of barbell lifts in weekly weightlifters.

Aim: This work assessed the share of classified and unclassified techniques of Nage-waza on the volume of attack activity, technical repertoire, and effectiveness of medalists at Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, and Rio de Janeiro 2016. In the United States, state and federal reforms increasingly encourage the expansion of school choice policies. Debates about school choice contrast various concepts of freedom and equality with concerns about equity, justice, achievement, democratic accountability, profiting management organizations, and racial and class segregation. Arizona’s “market”-based school choice programs include over 600 charter schools, and the state’s open enrollment practices, public and private school tax credit allowances, and Empowerment Scholarships, (closely related to vouchers), flourish. Competitive ability of a plant genotype reflects its capacity to yield well and compete successfully for light, moisture, and nutrients when grown with similar or dissimilar genotypes. This trait is important to plant breeding because most breeding populations are propagated in mixed or competitive stands. The objective of this study was to assess the competitive abilities of oat and barley genotypes.

Salamander larvae of the species Ambystoma tigrinum are dimorphic in northwestern Iowa. In addition to common typical morphs, there exist rare, specialized cannibal morphs, which are induced environmentally by crowding. Cannibal morph phenotypes are characterized morphologically by their large size, proportionately large heads and hypertrophied vomerine teeth, and behaviorally by facultative cannibalism. During metamorphosis amphibians are particularly sensitive to predation. To help understand why cannibal morphs are uncommon, we have raised cannibal and typical morphs in isolation and under crowded conditions to compare the timing and duration of metamorphosis between these morphs.
