Conversation strategies play an important role in successful communication and socialization, yet they are not often explicitly taught in language classrooms. On August 9, 2011 the UNLV College of Sciences will celebrate the accomplishments of undergraduate students participating in the Summer 2011 Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) and the Research Experience For Undergraduates (REU) Program.
