Have you considered incorporating a personal librarian program into your First Year Experience Program but are concerned about your small staff size, smaller institution or the process of collaboration between the library and FYE programs? Through the experiences of a staff of two librarians at Kankakee Community College, participants will leave the session with strategies for implementing a personal librarian program in partnership with a required FYE course.
