The information literacy skill in Islamic Education is very important for students to achieve learning goals. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the impact of the problem-based learning model’s implementation and thinking styles on information literacy skill improvement among Islamic Education Department students. This is a quasi research with data collected through test instruments as well as questionnaires, and then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Our research explores and elaborates the ways preservice teachers come to know and begin conceptualizing ways of teaching about news media. We report on what we interpret as their understandings and, perhaps more importantly, their misunderstandings of media literacy as they relate to their emerging ideas about what it means to teach others about crucial social and political issues of our time. The students with whom the authors worked demonstrated problematic misperceptions and misunderstandings about important media concepts and topics. Sexuality education positively impacts health service psychologists’ ability to address sexuality, a vital component of overall health and well-being. There is little information about the integration of sexuality into the applied, fieldwork components of psychologists’ training. We surveyed 139 representatives of APA-accredited doctoral internship programs to assess sexuality content during internship training. Participants completed a survey assessing content integration of 12 domains specific to human sexuality. The most endorsed training related to sexual orientation and gender identity, sexual behavior, sexual ethics, and sex therapy were infrequent in the internship training curriculum. This chapter from the edited volume "The Students We Share" explains to both US and Mexican audiences that a persistent number and proportion of K-12 students continue to circulate between both countries and thus that it is a challenge for both countries' education systems—including teacher preparation, curriculum, assessment, etc.—to see how students' knowledge and experience from the other system is both salient to their new schooling in a new country and valuable for how it will contribute to their future means for negotiating adulthood.

This study was conducted to assess information literacy (IL) skills of post graduate (PG) and undergraduate (UG) students, of one of the premier universities at the national level of Pakistan. It was also intended to explore the students’ opinion about the need of information literacy program and related contents. Quantitative research approach was employed to conduct the study and survey method using structured questionnaire was used to collect the data from 400 respondents using convenient sampling technique. This study is about the current status of technology’s usage by visual arts’ faculty members to enhance their pedagogical skills. It explores the impact of using technology in visual arts and the constraints in its integration. Researchers used qualitative research design to conduct this study. Data was collected, through semi-structured interviews, from faculty working in painting department of four institutions of Lahore, Pakistan. The findings of the study showed that faculty members were using technology for different purposes such as for art making, research and communications.
