The purpose of this paper is to observe how employees of academic library administration are developing and how they comply with the internal quality assurance policy (IQA) regarding pre-implementation of the integrated repository (IR). Generally created by individual librarians and anchored to a physical space, library displays are often static, limited, and fleeting. However, these displays can evolve into wider, more affective, multi-dimensional, 21st century, virtual spaces by incorporating collaborative discourse between multiple librarians, by reaching out to the community for content, and by using technological tools, such as email, Google Drive, Google Images, QR codes, and social media.
