Two items collected by Richards, a WKU English instructor and adviser to the campus newspaper, the College Heights Herald: a copy of the College Heights Bulletin of Western Kentucky State College (now WKU), inscribed by Public Relations Director Robert G. Cochran with warm thanks to Richards for her assistance in its preparation; and remarks on libel and freedom of expression given by Bert J. Borrone at the 1968 Herald Awards Dinner, with accompanying letter by Cochran.
