This research was conducted using a qualitative research with a case study method in one of the special libraries in South Jakarta, namely the Chandra Widodo library. The result of this study is that in fact various kinds of inter-library activities such as discussion, book review, and seminars in the library are examples of knowledge sharing activities. This research discusses the implementation of information literacy in Ministry of Education and Culture Library. The aim of this research is to identify the implementation of information literacy through their program which the library held annually. This is a qualitative approach with case study method. Collection of the data is carried out through depth-interview, observation, and document analysis.
