The bronze is the treasure in chinese metallic antique, which was typified by product in Shang_Zhou period (three thousands years ago). Because of corrosion, archaeological messages,such as inscription and pattern on the surface of bronze, would be damaged then the value of bronze antique decreased. The bronze disease is a common disease which forms powdery rust on the surface of bronze in atmospheric environment, the powdery rust emerge from under incrusted rust, then spreads, and eventually leads to bronze damaged. Laws are social institutions that guide social functions, declare social programs, and even project the visions of a governed society. In a democracy like the United States of America, laws exist at every level of government. Federal, state, and local agencies that have related missions work together as partners, and their staffs need to understand the legal requirements and limitations to better serve the constituents. An inventory of natural areas in the vicinity of Ames, Iowa was conducted (1990-1994) in response to conflicts arising when significant natural areas were encountered on lands approved for development by the City of Ames (Iowa) Planning Office. Methods for objective evaluation of woodland and prairie quality were developed for use during the inventory. The woodland method is based on four components: I) Diversity of expected species, H) Structure of canopy and understory layers, III) Fidelity of species to the habitat and IV) absence of Introduced Species.
