In this study, general characteristics of soils formed on different parent materials in three different regions of Niğde province, their relationship with lithological units and the extent to which they are suitable for agricultural purposes were determined. Physical and chemical analysis values of rock and soil samples were used to reveal the relationship between lithological units and soils formed in the study area and correlation analysis was applied among the parameters.
