We study the processes e⁺e⁻ → π⁺π⁻π⁰π⁰π⁰nγ in which an energetic photon is radiated from the initial state. The data are collected with the BABAR detector at SLAC. About 14 000 and 4700 events, respectively, are selected from a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 469 fb⁻¹. The invariant mass of the hadronic final state defines the effective e⁺e⁻ center-of-mass energy. From the mass spectra, the first precise measurement of the e⁺e⁻ → π⁺π^{− …}

We study the process e⁺e⁻→e⁺e⁻η′ in the double-tag mode and measure for the first time the γ^*γ^*→ η′ transition form factor Fη′ (Q ² ₁ , Q² ₂) in the momentum-transfer range 2< Q ² ₁ , Q² ₂ 60 GeV ² . The analysis is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of around 469     fb^{− 1} collected at the PEP-II e ⁺e ⁻ collider with the BABAR detector at center-of-mass energies near 10.6 GeV.
