Dynamic Semantic Web (DSW) is based at first on the techniques, methods and paradigms of the emerging Semantic Web movement and its applications. This paper describes the Programme for University Industry Interface Semantic Web Portal project that supports the efforts in enterprise training units to upskill the employee in the company and facilitates the creation and reuse of knowledge in online communities. The main purpose of this project is to support on-line learning communities and monitor the changing needs and skills of the work force in enterprise environments.
