Electrochemical Behavior Of Dill Pipe In 31%(By Mass)Nacl Solution Based New Type Inhibitor, Fu-Guo Liu, Min Du, Qing-Zhang Wang
Electrochemical Behavior Of Dill Pipe In 31%(By Mass)Nacl Solution Based New Type Inhibitor, Fu-Guo Liu, Min Du, Qing-Zhang Wang
Journal of Electrochemistry
The inhibitive effect of compound inhibitor including emulsifier(P)、zinc sulfate、sodium polyphosphate、Glucose Gluconate was studied in 31% NaCl(bymass) solution. The inhibitory mechanism was analyzed by polarization curve and EIS.The results showed that the compound inhibitor was anodic-type inhibitor and its inhibitive effect on anodic and cathodal reaction was the most obvious at 200×10-6g·L-1.And the results of EIS revealed that the inhibition efficiency increased and the film formed on electrode surface was more and more compact with time.Inhibition mechanism was different with concentration of inhibitor.

Study On The Corrosion Of Chlorine Condenser By Electrochemical Method, Bin Xiang, Wen Chen, Wen-Zhang Huang, Shao-Hua Xing, Sheng-Tao Zhang
Journal of Electrochemistry
Corrosion of condenser is very seriously in chlorine-alkali industry, which could lead to fatal disaster. The most commonly used material in low pressure condenser includes steel of 16MnR,10#,and welding rod of J507.Electrochemical analysis of the three materials in 29.9%(by mass) calcium chloride(CaCl2) solution was carried out.The corrosion current density icorr and impedance parameters of the three materials in 29.9% CaCl2 solution were estimated separately. The result showed that in the tripartite phase regions where the 10# seamless tube and 16MnR armor plate were jointed by welding, the weld was firstly eroded and suggested that the chlorine condenser should be examined and repaired every year.

Corrosion Electrochemical Behavior Of Aluminum Flake Pigmented Water-Borne Epoxy Coating On Carbon Steel In Nacl Solution, Li-Li Xue, Li-Kun Xu, Qing-Fen Li, Hong-Qing Song, Wen-Juan Zhou, Guang-Zhang Chen
Journal of Electrochemistry
The corrosion electrochemical behavior of a water-borne epoxy coating pigmented with aluminum flake on carbon steel with artificial scratch defect was studied in 3.5% NaCl solution using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET).The results indicated that the defect presented anodic electroactivity at the initial stage of immersion, which extended gradually with time from the scratch into the neighboring coating, lowering the coating impedance. With further immersion, however, the electroactivity of the coating/steel interface decreased significantly due to the self-repairing of the corrosion products, causing an obvious increase of the coating impedance. In the later period of immersion, more scattered electroactive areas appeared under the coating because of …

Composite Electroplating And Characterizations Of Sn-Sba15 Anode For Lithium-Ion Batteries, Xiao-Yong Fan, Jin-Mei Xu, Quan-Chao Zhuang, Hong-Hong Jiang, Ling Huang, Yan-Xia Jiang, Quan-Feng Dong, Shi-Gang Sun
Journal of Electrochemistry
Sn-SBA15 anode was prepared by composite electroplating. The first discharge and charge capacity was 1075mAh/g and 630mAh/g respectively. After fifty charge/discharge cycles, the charge and discharge capacity of Sn-SBA15 were retained above 400mAh/g.XRD patterns indicated that the Sn-SBA15 has tetragonal crystal type.SEM images showed that the Sn-SBA15 had a honeycombed surface.EIS results indicated that there was SEI film formed on the surface of Sn-SBA15 electrode.
