In view of the low utilization rate of closed mine resources and the increasing demand for power and energy storage in China, the pumped storage technology of abandoned mine is an effective means to realize the secondary development and utilization of resources and enhance the peak sheaving capacity of power grid. The mining and depletion of coal resources have a certain degree of impact on the environment and population of the coal mining area. Confronted with the resources and environment problems, China strongly advocates the construction of green mines, requiring that mine exploitation must be within resources and environment carrying capacity.
