A Simple And Sensitive Aptamer-Based Electrochmical Sensor For Determination Of Aflatoxin B1, Bing Liu, Yao-Shuai Zhao, Yue Qin, Yi Wang, Yan-Jie Zhu, Shuo Wang Jun 2020

A Simple And Sensitive Aptamer-Based Electrochmical Sensor For Determination Of Aflatoxin B1, Bing Liu, Yao-Shuai Zhao, Yue Qin, Yi Wang, Yan-Jie Zhu, Shuo Wang

Journal of Electrochemistry

Aflatoxin B1 has attracted much attention because of its high toxicity and carcinogenicity, which has become a great concern in food safety. Based on the principle of specific binding between Aflatoxin B1 and its aptamer, an aptamer-based electrochemical sensor had been designed and developed for the determination of minor Aflatoxin B1 contained in grain. The mesoporous carbons were first modified on the surface of the working electrode, and then the gold nanoparticles were on-site electrodeposited at a constant potential. Each modified electrode was characteritised by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). As a result, the surface area …

Recent Progress Of Electrochemiluminescence Sensors Based On Electrically Heated Electrode, Hui-Fang Zhang, Yi-Ting Chen, Fang Luo, Zhen-Yu Lin, Guo-Nan Chen Apr 2019

Recent Progress Of Electrochemiluminescence Sensors Based On Electrically Heated Electrode, Hui-Fang Zhang, Yi-Ting Chen, Fang Luo, Zhen-Yu Lin, Guo-Nan Chen

Journal of Electrochemistry

Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) has broad application in the fields of environmental monitoring and biological analysis due to its intrinsic advantages such as excellent versatility, good detection sensitivity, and high specificity. The intensity of ECL can be influenced by temperature variation in the ECL quantum efficiency and the rate of electrochemical reaction. However, traditional temperature control is commonly realized through bulk solutions heating, which is complicated and unfavorable for detection when the volatile and thermally unstable materials existed. In order to address these problems, electrically heated electrodes are used to adjust the temperature desired. The major character of this technique lies in …

High-Efficiency Nitrite Sensor Based On Cop Nanowire Array, Fu-Ling Zhou, Xiao-Li Xiong, Xu-Ping Sun Apr 2019

High-Efficiency Nitrite Sensor Based On Cop Nanowire Array, Fu-Ling Zhou, Xiao-Li Xiong, Xu-Ping Sun

Journal of Electrochemistry

Nitrite has a negative impact on the environment and human health. The long-term consumption of nitrite-containing foods has a carcinogenic risk. Therefore, the analysis and detection of nitrite are important. It is of great significance to develop high-efficiency electrocatalysts to achieve high sensitivity and selectivity for nitrite detection. The cobalt phosphide nano-array (CoP/TM) was obtained by hydrothermal and low-temperature phosphating. The electrochemical test results show that the constructed CoP/TM was a highly efficient electrochemical reduction nitrite catalyst with the excellent sensing performance and response time less than 3 s, as well as the linear detection range of 1.0 μmol·L-1 …

Investigation Of Pulse Potential-Modulated Coulometry For Co_2 Detection, Hai-Chuan Wang, Bing-Liang Wu Nov 2004

Investigation Of Pulse Potential-Modulated Coulometry For Co_2 Detection, Hai-Chuan Wang, Bing-Liang Wu

Journal of Electrochemistry

A pulse potential-modulated technique was applied to measure the concentration of CO_2 in gas samples. In the first step, an anodic pulse and a consequent cathodic pulse were used to remove the organic pollutant and surface oxide on the surface of the platinized Pt gauze electrode before each experiment. As following, a given potential step was used to reduce the CO_2 into adsorbed intermediate on Pt surface, and the adsorbates produced were oxidized by a following anodic potential step. At same time the oxidation current of adsorbates were measured. A certain relation exists between the concentration of CO_2 and the …

The Applications Of Poap Ni 2+ Films Modified Electrode As Sensor For Alcohol, B.Z.Hua Hua, W.Y. Hu, Y.Z.Chen Y.Z.Chen May 1996

The Applications Of Poap Ni 2+ Films Modified Electrode As Sensor For Alcohol, B.Z.Hua Hua, W.Y. Hu, Y.Z.Chen Y.Z.Chen

Journal of Electrochemistry

POAP Ni 2+ films modified electrode can electrocatalyzes significantly the oxidation of alcohol. the modified electrode can be used as the electrochemical sensor for the detection of alcohol. But the oxidation of alcohol is effected by the thickness of films、the concentration of nickel ion in films、pH of electrolyte,as well as temperative. All of those conditions have been studied in order to achieve stable response current during the oxidation of alcohol, and the relation between concentration and current has been made. At last the major characteristic parameters, such as the low limitation of concentration、the response time、the ability of antiinterference et al,have …
