The clinical laboratory plays a crucial role in aiding physicians to diagnose disease. With numerous studies on “Speak Up” culture well-documented among providers and nurses surrounding patient safety, gaps in literature exist concerning “Speak Up” culture that address team effectiveness and organizational performance within the clinical lab setting.
