Introduction: Stroke is the rapid loss of brain function due to disturbance in the blood supply to the brain. More than 70 % of individuals who have a stroke experience upper limb deficits that impact daily activities. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of GRASP on upper limb function among patients with stroke. Methods: It was a quasi-intervention pretest-posttest control group design. Moyamoya disease is a rare cause for hemorrhagic stroke in adults. The authors present the case of a 39 years old man, who presented with features of intracerebral hemorrhage secondary to Moyamoya disease. He was a known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and had a past history of ischemic stroke. Left temporoparietal craniotomy and encephaloduroarteriomyosynangiosis (EDAM’S) was performed for the same. Patient got discharged on fifth postoperative day without any complication. The etiopathogeneses, clinical features, and management are discussed in this paper
