Introduction: The aim of this study was to determine whether the relative age effect (RAE) was present among handball players participating in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Materials and Methods. The study involved a group of handball players participating in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. All data was collected from the website of the IHF. Introduction. The main goal of this study was to examine the effect of acute intake of 3 mg/kg/body mass (b.m.) of caffeine (CAF) on countermovement jump (CMJ) performance in recreationally trained women habituated to CAF. Material and Methods. 17 healthy recreationally trained women habitually using CAF participated in the study. The experiment followed randomized, cross-over, double-blind design under three different conditions: control test (CONT) or consumed placebo (PLAC) or consumed 3 mg/kg/b.m. of CAF (CAF-3). Background:‪The aim of the study was to define a change of physical effectiveness in a one-year training course and its relation with special effectiveness. Material and methods:‪The research was conducted in a group of 30 female players at the age of 9 and 10 years who were training in clubs in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Background: Physical activity, supporting health, wellbeing and working ability, is not only vitally important for healthy people, but also necessary for workers, especially women. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between meeting different physical activity guidelines and socio-demographic and anthropometric characteristics in middle-aged females from Turkey. Material/Methods: Physical activity was assessed using the Sense Wear Armband. Logistic regression was used to determine the relationship between socio-demographic and anthropometric criteria and the odds of meeting different physical activity guidelines. Background: The aim of the study was to determine differences in the efficiency of executing technical actions by female volleyball players taking into account their positions on the court. Material/Methods: The research material comprised results of the efficiency of female volleyball players’ technical actions (n = 98) participating in the 2015 Women’s European Volleyball Championship. Chemical colitis is defined as inflammation of the large intestine or colon as a result of exposure from a harsh chemical through an enema or other procedure. In this case, the chemical is hydrogen peroxide, which is commonly used as an antiseptic for minor abrasions. Hydrogen peroxide enemas were once popular for difficult to treat constipation. However, resultant colitis and proctitis limited its use. When administered rectally in a high enough concentration, intense abdominal pain and transient bloody diarrhea can occur, with the majority of affected patients making a full recovery with supportive management. Hematuria Status Post Renal Biopsy, Bill Mcelhaugh

This is a case of a 66 year old Caucasian woman admitted to the hospital following a ureteroscopic biopsy of the left renal pelvis. The biopsy was performed for asymptomatic hematuria, with a retrograde intravenous pyelogram revealing a mass in the left renal pelvis. The patient developed lightheadedness and left flank pain 12-24 hours following the procedure and was found to have a 3 gram drop in hemoglobin compared to blood work performed during the previous week.
