A sixteen years old Thai man who has had Biliary atresia with end-stage liver disease and need of a liver transplant was refered to Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University for a pretransplant oral evaluation and dental management particularly plaque control and careis prevention. Such a patient will face lifelong immunosuppression with an increase risk of infection. The dental treatment was completed in two months with satisfactory result.
