Cyclosporin is a non steriod antiinflammatory drug which is used as an immunosuppressive drug in organ transplant patients. This drug can induced gingival hyperplasia when it is long term used. Objective of this report is to show the way to do dental treatment in SLE patient who had cyclosporin regularly. This patient has had SLE for almost 23 years and also had kidney transplant six years ago. She has taken cyclosporin, Azathioprine everyday and pednisolone every 2 days.
