Objective of research was to study satisfaction of dental assistances, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University. The samples were 37 dental assistances working at Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, who filled out the questionnaire regarding job satisfaction during November 1991. The result indicated that the dental assistances were highly satisfied with job administration, relationship with associates, job security, job progress, and income; and were moderately satisfied with nature of job, circumstances of job and welfare.
