In-toeing and Out-toeing are common prblems in children, but the treatment is contraversy. From 1st May 1987 to Jan 1990.243 childrens with problems of in-toeing have been treated in ourrehabilitation department with reversla splint. Only 95 cases of in-toeing and 11 cases of out-toeing (age from 2 y 1m to 5y 4m) were included in this series with completely folow up. The foot progression angle(FPA)of in-toeing cases is a range of -24°~-38°. The FPA of toeing out cases ia a range of +24°~+40° . After reversal splint wearing in traction-in method.
