The focus of this thesis is the criteria which contribute to the overall success of a patient care hospital information system. A review of the literature discusses each stage of the implementation process in depth as the success of the final implementation is dependent upon the success of each individual phase. There are five major phases which are evident . These include planning, selection, development , training, and conversion. Each phase possesses many elements necessary for the successful completion of that particular phase and for the entrance into the next phase.

The focus of this project is an overview of services that are available to Alzheimer's Disease clients. Since our society has seen an increase in the number of patients diagnosed with the disease, it's necessary to plan into the future and direct our goals in providing good health care.

This manuscript looks at the highly complex decisions concerning delayed parenthood for the over-30 contemporary woman. There has been a proliferation of popular literature on pregnancy and parenthood after thirty. Yet there is very little information and few resources which focus on the parenthood decision-making process. This workshop manual provides therapists and family planning consultants a vehicle by which to help women and couples over-thirty make reproductive decisions. The workshop was evaluated by 10 over-30 women who attended the workshop. The participants found the workshop to be a valuable experience.
