Problem Computer usage is commonplace in today's workplace environment. Over time, employees who use computer keyboards greater than six hours per day, five days per week risk developing a repetitive motion injury of the hands or wrists (U.S. Department of Labor, 2009). Could a computer program that cues a break and stretch activity every two hours increase stretching at the workstation, create a workplace environment of positive productivity and ultimately decrease hand or wrist pain?
