In pediatric ages are used for the treatment of frequent vomiting, especially at the age of 3 years old, medicines such as metoclopramide against vomiting from gastrointestinal disorders, ect. The most common use is Reglan solution, but its dose should be strictly observed because the therapeutic dose is limited, overdose is easily achievable to give expressive effects to the extrapyramidal central nervous system.
