Introduction: With the recognition of postpartum depression as a distinct medical condition since the release of the 2013 DSM-V, there simultaneously arose a need for therapy. As of March 2019, brexanolone became the first FDA approved medication indicated for the treatment of postpartum depression. The purpose of this review is to consolidate and present the safety and efficacy data of a new treatment option for postpartum depression.

Methods: A date range was specified of January 2015 to May 2022 with the last search being conducted June 28, 2022. Cochrane, PubMed, Embase, and Google Scholar were utilized to identify appropriate trials. …

Introduction: The field of orthopaedic oncology has trailed in defining trends in reported outcome measures (ROMs) over the last decade. Although the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS) Score is a well-recognized ROM, new ROMs developed and established in literature have created difficulty in identifying the standard ROM within the field. The aim of our study is to identify trends in the use of ROMs in orthopaedic oncology over time, as well as the frequency and distribution among specific pathologies and orthopaedic journals.

Background: Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most widespread cancers diagnosed in men in the United States and is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. PCa will be a major cancer-related burden both socially and economically in the near future. It has been shown that dietary intake of natural anti-inflammatory agents are capable of inhibiting cancer progression, but due to the nature of dietary studies it is difficult to accurately conclude that diet is capable of impacting chronic diseases and mortality.This systematic review aims to collect and evaluate literature focused on prostate cancer progression and the natural …
