Introduction: Lifestyles encompass the decisions a person makes, simultaneously impacting their quality of life. Especially for those pursuing health-related careers, it can be a particularly demanding and challenging period. They frequently encounter stressful situations that significantly affect their well-being and lifestyle choices. Objective: To determine if there is an association between lifestyle and academic performance in medical students. Methods: The review was conducted through evidence-based literature search for articles published from 2013 to 2023, using search platforms such as Scopus, PubMed, Scielo, BVS, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Introduction: During virtual classes in the context of COVID-19, students were exposed to digital screens for many hours, so they could present computer vision syndrome. Objective: To determine the frequency of computer vision syndrome in sixth-year medical students at Ricardo Palma University during virtual education due to COVID-19 in October and November 2021. The mortality rate from COVID-19 in Peru continues to increase, considered by January 24, 2022, as the third country with the most cases and deaths in all of South America. Connement favors an extremely sedentary lifestyle, physical inactivity, and poor eating practices causing serious health risks. Objectives: Describe the eating habits and lifestyles of medical students during the CoVID-19 quarantine. Materials and Methods: Multicenter Descriptive Cross-sectional Study. Objective: To analyze the relationship of lifestyle and habits associated with health care and religiosity in Chilean Adventist medical students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Analytical and cross-sectional, census, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 72 Adventist medical students who attended or are in any year of the career in 2020 and 2021. The FANTASTIC instrument was applied, in its validated version, and an evaluation of habits associated with health care and religiosity. The work was approved by an ethics committee.
